Nightwish has as good as always been a special interest for me. I was about 13-14 when I heard Nightwish-music for the first time and I got hooked in an instant! I have loved other bands very much through the years, but not as strong as I ever have loved Nightwish. They are "The band of my life" no matter what.
I started out doing portraits of Nightwish and I am still doing so!
My love and devotion somehow got me to the very realms of Nightwish; their home town Kitee, to be a part of a project called Nightwish Days in Kitee (2013).
I was the one who where going to participate with my own art and organize an art exhibition with artworks by Nightwish fans.
By a lucky chance, I was the one chosen to be the "head hen" of all this! :-)
This project now continues, and I am hosting the "Official Nightwish Fan-Art" pages/project online to gather even more Nightwish Fan-art til next year when the project continues in an updated version. With me in full charge for the fan-art!
Much of my time goes to this project and will continue to do so during the spring of 2014!
